Job Title: Customer Support.

Salary: 2-2.25 LPA.

Overall purpose of the job:

We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to assist customers with product-related

inquiries in a swift, professional, and friendly manner. This role is instrumental in presenting our

products to corporate clients, maintaining the brand’s image, and supporting customer retention by

addressing product-related concerns effectively.

To succeed in this role, the candidate should possess strong product and service knowledge,

along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Descriptions:

• Attend to customer challenges and issues and report them to the concerned team.
• Assist in resolving customer issues and keep customers informed about the progress.
• Handle customer queries effectively and professionally.
• Provide product demonstrations for new prospects.
• Understand customer requirements and communicate them clearly to the relevant team.
• Collect regular feedback from customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Skills/Knowledge/Competencies required:

• Proficient computer skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Excellent phone etiquette.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
