DevOps & Cybersecurity Engineer

DevOps & Cloud Operations

• Manage and maintain AWS infrastructure including Lambda, API Gateway,

DynamoDB, S3, KMS, Cognito, SES, and CloudFront

• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and AWS SAM
• Monitor system health, set up alerts, and respond to production issues
• Manage backup and disaster recovery processes across primary and DR regions
• Maintain dev, staging, and production environment configurations
• Support deployment of the Flutter app and Python backend service

Cybersecurity

Run regular security audits across the platform and infrastructure

• Manage identity and access controls for AWS, Azure AD, and internal systems
• Maintain endpoint security across team workstations using Active Directory, Azure

AD, Intune, and Microsoft 365

• Support ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 compliance work and internal audits
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, apply patches, and document findings
• Investigate security incidents and own resolution end-to-end

Internal Portal Development

• Build and maintain internal portals and admin tools using Vercel, Lovable, and similar

rapid-development platforms

• Develop simple React or Next.js dashboards as needed for internal teams
• Integrate portals with AWS backend services and internal APIs
• Maintain frontend tooling for the admin dashboard and partner-facing portals
• Use AI-assisted coding tools to ship internal tools quickly

Internal IT & Tech Support

• Provide day-to-day tech support to the internal team across Mangalore and remote

locations

• Manage Microsoft 365 accounts, group policies, and endpoint configurations
• Set up new joiners with required hardware, software, and access
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Maintain office and remote infrastructure including VPN, firewall, and networking

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience across system administration, DevOps, or cybersecurity roles
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and Intune
• Experience with identity and access management, group policies, and endpoint security
• Working knowledge of Python or other scripting languages for automation
• Experience with both Linux (Ubuntu) and Windows Server environments
• Familiarity with VPN, firewall, and network management (SonicWall, Cisco, or similar)
• Understanding of authentication systems (OAuth, JWT, OTP-based flows)
• Experience with Git and version control
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and own outcomes end-to-end
