当社では、システムの導入、統合、試験、保守をサポートする、実務志向で細部に注意を払えるフィールド電気エンジニアを募集しています。

主な業務内容

現地導入・試運転

• プロジェクト現場（国内出張および場合によっては海外出張あり）における電気・電子システムの設置、設定、および試運転

• センサー、通信機器、制御装置、電源システムの統合

• SAT（現地受入試験）の実施およびシステム性能要件の確認

• 現地で発生する電気、通信、およびシステム全体に関する不具合のトラブルシューティングおよび対応

システム統合・試験

• 市販モジュール（COTS）を用いたシステムアーキテクチャ（センサー、通信、制御、電源）の統合支援

• 導入前の FAT（工場受入試験）のサポート

電気設計サポート

• 回路図レビュー、部品選定、およびシステム設計改善の支援

文書作成・品質管理

• 設置報告書、試験記録、保守関連文書の作成

• 現場経験に基づく設計改善および製品信頼性向上へのフィードバック提供

チーム連携

• ファームウェア、機械設計、プロジェクトチームと連携し、円滑なシステム納入を実現

• 設置、試験、トラブル対応時の顧客対応サポート

• Weather and Hydrological Monitoring Systems (AWS, hydrology stations)
• Wind Resource Assessment Solutions (Met Masts, LiDAR systems)
• Custom Power Backup Systems (generator and renewable energy integration)

We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Field Electrical Engineer to support the deployment, integration, testing, and maintenance of our systems.

Key Responsibilities

Field Deployment & Commissioning

• Install, configure, and commission electrical and electronic systems at project sites (nationwide and occasional international travel)
• Perform system integration of sensors, communication devices, control units, and power systems
• Conduct site acceptance testing (SAT) and ensure systems meet performance requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site electrical, communication, and system-level issues

System Integration & Testing

• Support integration of COTS modules into complete system architectures (sensor, comms, control, power)
• Assist in factory acceptance testing (FAT) prior to deployment

Electrical Design Support

• Assist in schematic review, component selection, and system design improvements

Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare installation reports, test records, and maintenance documentation
• Provide feedback from field experience to improve design and product reliability

Collaboration

• Work closely with firmware, mechanical, and project teams for seamless system delivery
• Support client communication during installation, testing, and troubleshooting phases

応募必要条件

スキル・資格

応募資格

• 電気工学、フィールドエンジニアリング、またはシステム統合における3年以上の実務経験

• 電気システム、配線、および計装機器に関する高い実務スキル

• アナログ／ミックスドシグナル回路（ADC、DAC、信号調整回路など）の経験

• 各種試験機器の使用経験

• 実環境におけるトラブルシューティングおよび原因解析の経験

• フィールド業務に伴う出張対応が可能な方（国内および場合によっては海外）

• 優れた文書作成能力およびコミュニケーション能力

歓迎条件：

• 電気工学系の学士号

• 電源システム（バッテリー、太陽光、発電機）に関する知識

• 日本語能力（ビジネスレベル以上）

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering, field engineering, or system integration
• Strong hands-on skills with electrical systems, wiring, and instrumentation
• Experience with analog/mixed-signal circuits (ADCs, DACs, signal conditioning)
• Proficiency with test equipment
• Experience troubleshooting and root cause analysis in real-world environments
• Willingness to travel for fieldwork (domestic and occasional international)
• Strong documentation and communication skills

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Knowledge of power systems (battery, solar, generators)
• Japanese language ability (business level or higher)
