About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Full Stack Web Developer to join our growing technology team at Interbind Technologies. You will work closely with senior developers and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of modern web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python-based backend development, modern frontend technologies, and a genuine passion for Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies.

You should be someone who stays current with the rapidly evolving AI and technology landscape, actively leverages the latest AI-powered development tools to boost productivity, and brings curiosity and enthusiasm for continuous learning to the team. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining full stack web applications using Python and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable backend code using Python frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
• Develop responsive and dynamic frontend interfaces using React.js or Vue.js with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services into web applications.
• Work on AI/ML feature integration including LLM APIs, AI agents, and automation workflows.
• Leverage AI-powered coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to accelerate development and improve code quality.
• Collaborate with senior developers and participate actively in team meetings, code reviews, and sprint planning.
• Learn and adapt to the existing codebase quickly, contributing fixes and enhancements.
• Identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and technical bottlenecks.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in AI, web technologies, and software engineering best practices.
• Write technical documentation, test cases, and development reports as required.
• Participate in gathering requirements and translating them into functional technical solutions.

Technical Requirements

Core Skills:

• Proficiency in Python (Django / FastAPI / Flask for backend development).
• Good knowledge of frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
• Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with React.js or Vue.js.
• Understanding of RESTful API design and integration, JSON, and XML.
• Working knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Basic understanding of Git version control and collaborative development workflows.

AI & Emerging Technologies:

• Proficient in using AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor IDE, Claude, or ChatGPT for coding, debugging, and documentation.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, etc.), and prompt engineering basics.
• Exposure to AI automation frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, or similar is a strong plus.
• Keen interest in and ability to quickly adopt new and emerging technologies in AI, cloud, and web development.
• Awareness of AI tools for productivity — including AI-based testing, code review, documentation, and project management tools.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps basics.
• Knowledge of Node.js and TypeScript.
• Experience with mobile development (Flutter or React Native) is a plus.
• Awareness of vector databases, RAG pipelines, or AI agent architectures is advantageous.

Education

• B.E. / B.Tech – Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
