Fullstack (Python/Go + React) Developer

Our team is looking for a Fullstack (Python/Go + React) Developer for one of our clients.

Our customer is one of the TOP-5 global management consulting firms considered to be among the most prestigious ones in the world. Hundreds of customers from Fortune-500, including the largest global financial institutions, the world’s top media companies, technology companies and federal government agencies rely on our client’s proven platform and services.

The project is an AI-powered assistant for private equity investors that transforms secure data-room documents into a searchable conversational knowledge base.

Location: India (office work)

Working time zone: From 11 am till 8 pm IST

Responsibilities and tasks:

• System Design: Architect and develop robust, scalable microservices and APIs using Go, Python and JavaScript.

Our expectations of the candidate:

• Solid background in software engineering with hands-on experience in full-stack development.
• Backend: Strong proficiency in Python (e.g., FastAPI, Django) or Go, with experience building high-concurrency systems.
• Frontend: Advanced skills in React and JavaScript, including state management (Redux or Context API).React and JavaScript,
• Databases: Practical experience with PostgreSQL (schema design, query optimization) and MongoDB.
• Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Tools & Practices: Familiarity with modern development workflows, including Git, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
• English: Upper-Intermediate

Soft skills:

• Highly proactive – ability to figure out who to reach out to and how to get things done independently.
• Stakeholder management – comfortable interacting with various stakeholders, from senior developers to product managers.
• Curious mindset – challenges existing processes and looks for continuous improvement.
• Strong communication – able to have project-related conversations with product managers and other team members.
• Time management – organized and reliable.
