Interior Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Site Operations: Oversee day-to-day activities on the project site to ensure work flows smoothly and safely.
• Drawing Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and BOQs (Bills of Quantities), ensuring contractors build exactly to the design intent.
• Quality & Safety Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship and strict compliance with site safety regulations.
• Vendor & Contractor Management: Coordinate the delivery of materials and manage the schedules of carpenters, painters, plumbers, and electricians.
• Client & Management Updates: Act as the primary point of contact for clients on-site, addressing queries and providing progress reports to management.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve on-site challenges (e.g., material delays or structural discrepancies) quickly to avoid project delays

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Typically 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in interior fit-out, civil, or architectural projects.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong ability with design and layout tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or MS Office.
• Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively manage both laborers and stakeholders.

Education: A diploma, ITI, or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Interior Design is preferred.]

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
