Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with expertise in Java, React, and FHIR-based healthcare integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable backend services and modern frontend applications, along with a strong understanding of healthcare interoperability standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot

Build modern, scalable frontend applications using React, Next.js (App Router & Server Components), and TypeScript

Implement efficient state management using Zustand (UI state) and TanStack Query (server state), with selective use of Redux Toolkit

Design and develop SMART on FHIR embedded applications with responsive and accessible UI

Create real-time dashboards for workflows, audit trails, and decision insights

Work with Node.js for API development or orchestration layersDesign and develop RESTful APIs ensuring high performance and scalability

Collaborate on building distributed and microservices-based architectures

Integrate event-driven systems using Kafka or Event Hub

Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

System & Data Skills:

Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases

Strong understanding of microservices architecture

Familiarity with distributed systems

Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka/Event Hub)

Required Qualifications:

5–6 years of experience in Java and Spring Boot development

Strong expertise in ReactJS, Next.js, and TypeScript

Hands-on experience with FHIR / SMART on FHIR integrations

Experience working with Node.js

Strong understanding of REST APIs and system design

Experience with modern UI frameworks like Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
