Junior Full-Stack Developer (React, Python)

As Full-stack Engineer, you will be to join our fast-paced, customer-centric Experience Development Team.

Shortlisted candidates will be required to participate in an online assessment to evaluate their technical skills. The assessment will be conducted between 6th and 9th July. Candidates who successfully clear the assessment will be invited to attend an in-person hiring drive scheduled for 11th July at our Hyderabad office.

Responsibilities:

• • Develop and maintain web applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
  • Build and consume REST APIs to support frontend and backend functionality.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.
  • Use Git for version control and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions with guidance from senior team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Demonstrate strong fundamentals in programming languages, frameworks, and software development practices.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members, helping them develop their technical skills and professional qualities.

• 
  1–3 years of experience in software development, web application development, or full-stack development.
• Strong understanding of programming language and framework fundamentals.
• Experience developing and maintaining web applications using modern technologies.
• Good knowledge of REST APIs and client-server architecture.
• Proficiency in Git and version control best practices.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of software development best practices, coding standards, and design principles.
• Familiarity with databases and basic data modeling concepts.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Passion for learning new technologies and continuously improving technical skills.
• Experience participating in code reviews and contributing to code quality initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor or support junior team members is a plus.
