Job Summary
The Manager Analytics thinks strategically and identifies areas where analytics can make a significant impact on the supporting department.
Builds teams and strengthens community by coaching and mentoring. Build and translate analytics vision and strategy within their scope.
As manager they are expected to be a lead in the area of analytics and to independently use their expertise in both technical and professional competencies but spend most time doing strategic work. They empower their direct reports and members of the craft community to do their best work and be accountable for the quality of the analytics work of their team.

Takes ownership and understands goals and objectives of supporting business partners, translating them into analytics requirements/framework Is able to independently identify key stakeholders by using their understanding of the organization.

Works closely with team members to ensure data quality, provide technical and tactical support, remove roadblocks and provide active support Works closely with the other managers in their area to ensure we are always working towards what’s most important for our customers and to help your department achieve its goals.
Drive actions from stakeholders (e.g. self-service visualization tools or slide decks) leveraging strong data visualization skills and storytelling, Is aware and has experience with statistical models and methodologies used within their scope..
Communication:
Ensures clear and effective communication to their stakeholders: proactively keeps all stakeholders informed of what’s happening, upcoming changes, projects, issues, etc.
Level of Education- Master degree /PHD in a qualitative field
