QA Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer to own quality assurance across mobile applications and backend services throughout the entire development lifecycle. The role involves defining test strategies, executing functional, regression, API, and performance testing, validating AI-powered features, and ensuring release readiness for production deployments. You will work closely with engineering teams to maintain high-quality standards and drive successful user acceptance testing and product launches.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end QA across mobile applications and backend APIs.
• Define test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria for new features and releases.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, API, and UAT testing.
• Validate authentication, subscriptions, notifications, in-app purchases, offline functionality, and third-party integrations.
• Test AI-powered features, content personalization, and data accuracy.
• Perform performance and load testing to ensure application reliability and scalability.
• Track, document, and manage defects through resolution.
• Collaborate with product, mobile, and backend teams to ensure high-quality releases and successful store submissions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in mobile application testing across iOS and/or Android platforms.
• Proficiency in API testing, functional testing, regression testing, and test automation.
• Experience testing authentication, subscription, and user access workflows.
• Familiarity with performance and load testing methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD-integrated testing and Agile development practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and defect-tracking skills.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
