Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer with 1.5–2 years of experience in both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our web and e-commerce applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain manual and automated test cases
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing
• Identify, document, and track bugs using tools such as Jira and Trello
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure quality throughout the SDLC
• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely feedback
• Conduct API testing using tools like Postman or JMeter
• Ensure adherence to QA standards, processes, and best practices
• Prepare detailed test reports and communicate test results effectively

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in QA (manual and automation testing)
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies
• Experience with test management and bug tracking tools (JIRA, TestRail, Trello)
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwrite or similar frameworks
• Basic knowledge of API testing (Postman, JMeter, etc.)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
