Job Title: SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Developer

Location: Fully Remote

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Developer to design, build, implement, and lead sophisticated Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions. In this hands-on leadership role, you will design scalable and secure SailPoint ISC platforms, lead integration efforts with diverse systems, develop custom automations, and provide technical mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex identity management solutions on the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) platform.
• Develop secure integrations with Active Directory, LDAP, SQL databases, ForgeRock, and other enterprise applications using connectors, REST/SOAP APIs, and PowerShell scripts.
• Develop and deploy custom workflows, rules, task definitions, forms, and extensions within SailPoint ISC.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and conduct code/design reviews.
• Manage end-to-end SailPoint ISC implementation activities including configuration, connector setup, testing, migration, and production deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, security teams, and IT operations to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Monitor system performance, analyze logs, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on SailPoint experience.
• At least 2+ years of experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
• Experience leading or contributing to at least two full lifecycle SailPoint implementations.
• Strong experience with SailPoint integrations, connectors, REST/SOAP web services, and custom development.
• Proficiency in PowerShell or similar scripting languages.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts including:
• Identity Lifecycle Management
• Access Requests
• Access Certifications
• Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
• Segregation of Duties (SoD)

Preferred Skills

• SailPoint ISC certifications (Engineer/Developer).
• Experience with Jenkins, Git, and Ansible.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and interact with both technical and business stakeholders.
