We are currently in a selective beta phase, working closely with a curated group of senior professionals before our official launch. Our approach is hands-on, personalised, and results-driven.

The Role

We are looking for a confident, organised, and people-first Growth Consultant to join the Nexxence team. You will be the primary human touchpoint for prospective and existing clients, responsible for converting warm leads into beta users and nurturing those beta users into paying customers.

This role requires working US business hours from India and demands strong spoken and written English communication skills. You will be speaking with senior professionals including VPs, Directors, C-suite executives, and founders, so professionalism and polish are non-negotiable.

What You Will Do

Lead Conversion

  • Receive warm leads generated through Nexxence outreach and follow up promptly to schedule a 20-minute discovery call.
  • Re-engage prospects who showed initial interest but went cold via LinkedIn, email, or WhatsApp.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand each prospect's career goals and LinkedIn challenges.
  • Clearly pitch the value of the Nexxence beta program and convert prospects into free trial users.
  • Send Calendly booking links on behalf of the team so prospects can schedule calls at their convenience.

New Lead Generation

  • Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients on LinkedIn using your own profile (profile building support will be provided if needed).
  • Execute cold email and WhatsApp outreach campaigns using databases provided by Nexxence.
  • Craft personalised outreach messages that resonate with senior professionals. Full training and templates will be provided.

Beta User Management

  • Stay in regular contact with existing Nexxence beta users to keep them engaged and supported through their free trial.
  • Identify beta users who are ready to convert and guide them toward a paid subscription.
  • Flag any concerns, drop-offs, or feedback from beta users to the founding team.

Pipeline and Reporting

  • Maintain a simple tracker of all leads, call outcomes, follow-up status, and conversion results.
  • Share regular updates with the founding team on pipeline health, common objections, and messaging gaps.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Based in India with availability to work US business hours (EST or PST).
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. You will be speaking with US-based senior professionals daily.
  • Confident and articulate on calls. You can build rapport quickly and hold a professional conversation without sounding scripted.
  • Prior experience in sales, business development, client servicing, or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp as outreach and communication tools.
  • Self-motivated and organised. You can manage your own pipeline and follow-ups without daily hand-holding.
  • Genuine interest in LinkedIn, personal branding, or career development is a strong plus.

  • A Calendly and Zoom setup so all your calls are booked and managed professionally.
  • Flexibility in how you structure your day, as long as you are available during US business hours for calls.

Compensation

This is a fixed salary role. Compensation will be discussed during the interview based on your experience and background. There is no commission component.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Base pay range

The minimum salary is ₹27,000 and the max salary is ₹30,000.
