Site Engineer

Trident Design and Contract is a fast-growing company specializing in airport and hospitality projects across India. The company’s expertise lies in delivering high-quality interior fit-out and construction solutions with a strong focus on execution, quality and timely project delivery.

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Site Engineer with strong experience in site execution and interior finishing works. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring quality standards, coordinating with contractors and clients, managing project timelines, and handling site documentation efficiently. Excellent communication and coordination skills are essential for effective site management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Oversight

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site.
• Oversee interior finishing works including: Tile installation Granite work Painting Gypsum plastering Masonry wall activities Ensure all work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and project standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors and site teams for smooth execution.

2. Quality Control

• Monitor construction quality and workmanship across all stages.
• Identify defects/issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintain quality reports.

3. Project Scheduling

• Prepare and track project schedules and work progress.
• Ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables.

4. Client Collaboration

• Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Address client concerns and provide timely resolutions.
• Ensure client expectations are met throughout project execution.
• Participate in project review meetings and progress discussions.
• Coordinate with manpower (ensure their punctuality), materials and resources effectively to avoid delays.
• Update management on project status and site progress.
