Social Media Intern

ZAPTA Technologies is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our Marketing team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals starting their careers in digital marketing and social media management.

The selected candidate will assist in managing the company’s social media presence, creating engaging content, supporting employer branding campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance online visibility and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and others
• Support the planning and scheduling of social media content calendars
• Help create content related to workplace culture, employee engagement, and employer branding
• Coordinate with graphic designers and content teams for social media campaigns
• Monitor audience engagement and respond to basic social media interactions
• Research social media trends, competitor activities, and content ideas
• Assist in promotional campaigns, announcements, and company updates
• Help track social media performance and prepare basic reports
• Contribute creative ideas for audience growth and brand awareness

Requirements

• Fresh graduates and final-semester students are encouraged to apply
• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Marketing, Media Sciences, Communications, or a related field
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional environment
• Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools will be a plus

Preferred Skills & Tools

• Canva
• Meta Business Suite
• LinkedIn
• Basic understanding of Google Analytics
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools is a plus
