About The Role
We are looking for proactive and technically skilled Support Developers to bridge the gap between Support and Engineering. The role involves troubleshooting production issues, analyzing logs and APIs, supporting integrations, identifying root causes, and helping improve platform stability and customer experience.
We’re looking for two individuals to cover various shift patterns to support the US, Australian and EMEA customers, over 5 days/nights a week, including Sundays. The night-time shift will benefit from a shift allowance.

About You
You’ll be experienced Python/Django Developers, ideally with application support experience. Not only will you be technically strong, but you’ll also have excellent English communications skills as you’ll be working with our international customers supporting MishiPay implementations.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience working with APIs/databases, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and troubleshoot application, integration, and production issues.
  • Analyze logs, API responses, and database records to identify root causes.
  • Support customer escalations and provide timely resolutions.
  • Work closely with Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Product teams on bug fixes and releases.
  • Reproduce issues in test environments and document findings clearly.
  • Assist with configuration changes, and environment validations.
  • Maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and support runbooks.
  • Support third-party integrations such as payment providers, ERP systems, or external APIs.
  • Participate in incident management, RCA preparation, and post-incident reviews.

Required Experience
  • 2–5 years of experience in Technical Support, Application Support, or Software Development.
  • Hands on experience with Python and Django
  • Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integrations.
  • Experience with SQL databases and querying tools.
  • Familiarity with log analysis tools and monitoring platforms.
  • Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure and networking concepts.
  • Ability to read and understand application code for troubleshooting.
  • Experience using tools such as Postman, Jira, Confluence, and monitoring dashboards.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
