• Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot moderate imaging workflow issues (delayed transfers, modality integration).
  • Investigate server/storage alerts and perform corrective actions.
  • Manage firewall rule monitoring and escalate suspicious traffic.
  • Analyze VMware/ESXi host performance and resolve VM resource conflicts.
  • Coordinate with OEM vendors for hardware diagnostics.
  • Ensure batch jobs and backups run successfully, re-initiate failed processes.
  • Mentor junior Team Member.
• Skills
  • Intermediate expertise in DICOM, HL7, imaging informatics.
  • Strong knowledge of AD, VMware/ESXi, and storage systems.
  • Root cause analysis and ITIL incident/problem management.

Qualifications

• BE in Computer Science Engineering (CSE), Information Technology (IT), or Biomedical Engineering (BME)
• MSc in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or Biomedical Engineering

Certifications

• CCNA, ITIL, VMware, Cloud Foundation

  • Oversee 24x7 monitoring across imaging, storage, server, and network infrastructure.
  • Manage escalations and coordinate with Level 3/vendor support.
  • Ensure disaster recovery readiness and compliance with HIPAA/security policies.
  • Develop SOPs for incident handling, escalation, and preventive maintenance.
  • Provide performance reports and recommend infrastructure upgrades.
• Skills
  • Deep expertise in imaging informatics, VMware/ESXi, AD, and enterprise storage.
  • Leadership in high-pressure environments.
  • Experience with enterprise monitoring solutions (Splunk, SCOM, SolarWinds).
  • Strategic alignment of IT operations with patient safety and clinical outcomes.
