Hello, I would be joining cgi in a week as a test lead. I did not have my client interview before offer. my question is after joining to cgi before deploying into a team will there be client round?

Hey folks How many years of experience required for promotion to Lead Analyst role in CGI? Joined as SSE and continuing in same role since 2.5 years overall having 8 years of IT experience. Will they initiate promotion automatically or we need to raise a concern?

Hi Everyone I have 5.7 years of experience as devops engineer. I currently have two offers and my LWD is 19th of June. CGI: ₹22 LPA fixed + 5% variable Blue yonder (product based): ₹19 LPA fixed + 5% variable (excluding gratuity) Which one is better to choose considering growth, learning opportunities, work-life balance, and job stability? Any insights from current or former employees would be helpful.
