How much hike does EXL provide for promotion from b1 to b2? Current CTC around 13 lpa b1. Exl Chennai

Need to make a decision between EY GDS and EXL by this weekend. Compensation is nearly identical, so I'm focusing more on the work and long-term growth. From what I've gathered, EY has the advantage of brand name and larger clients, while EXL seems to offer better flexibility and remote work. Hi Fishes, I am leaving EXL and I would want to know how was the FFS experience Especially how is Leave Encashment Calculated….is it on Gross or Basic Pay? And as per the labour law FFS should be received in next 2 working days and we still get the email that it will be settled in 45-60 Days Please comment if you have any idea

The management of Tower 12 for the NEXT process is not at all employee friendly. They make you feel like traitor when you resign, they make you feel that you are not loyal when you apply for leaves.
