Be careful,guys....If you get selected in a company and have already cleared the L1 and L2 rounds, but the final HR negotiation round is still pending, and your notice period is one month or more, then if they find an immediate joiner, they may stop focusing on your profile. This may be controversial, but I’ve seen cases where Indian leadership at the top can harm a healthy work environment through micromanagement, unrealistic expectations, and poor work-life balance, pushing teams beyond their roles while cutting costs. After our UK management handed control to a new director in India, the team has increasingly been made to feel like underperformers despite consistent effort.
