Spent 12 years in IT. People who love to work after 7-8pm 🙏. Please don't increase the expectations from the employer. You guys are ruining IT for others also. I am a simple guy with family responsibility. I work, complete the task by 7-8pm. I enjoy time with family and friends. Go to Gym. 💪 I am mostly getting around 4 ratings with doing normal work. People like me kindly comment down adivce/thougts for these people.
Greetings , People with career gaps exceeding one year, how did you manage to get back into IT , please share your experiences to help me in this phase. (4+ yoe) Highly demotivated. It's been 7 months since I started my corporate journey after college, and honestly, I don't feel this is the life I want. The pressure, anxiety, and fear every day have been exhausting. I keep waiting for weekends just to feel relief. More than continuing, I genuinely feel like quitting and focusing on the career path I was actually interested in. Would appreciate guidance from experienced people who went through a similar phase. How did you handle it, and what helped you decide?
I left my previous organisation on June 12th. My next chapter is with TCS and DOJ is on 22nd June. Portal shows the same. However I haven't received any onboarding invite yet . Its 18th June today. HR are unresponsive despite multiple follow ups. Can some one guide here please?
Hi, My current ctc is 13LPA and TCS is offering me 15LPA. I wanted to know once they generate the offer then can I negotiate again? If I reject the offer saying that it’s not what I’m expecting then will be revise it? Teck stack: Java, Spring boot, Microservices 4 yoe

They are doing series of layoffs every month since 2023...whoever goes to bench they start their PIP and lay them off.
They just do hire and fire? Then what about projects there?
I've an on campus offer from brillio. My onboarding is this month. I too am in PPE track. Should I be worried?
Take brillio offer and search for stable companies outside.the faster you switch better for your career. Brillio is losing clients every quarter .so no revenue and Money. They were happily burning investor money during covid. Now the main investor left brillio.
Probably they have started laying off those who have been on-bench for more than 3 months.
Are projects avaliable in PPE ?
How many got affected? By the way they already started in 2023
Did you get any email ?
Last year they were giving option like 6 months compensation or 3+3 where you get 3 months instant salary and 3 months for searching? I am not sure how you got 3 months compensation only ? Did HR gave only this option to you ?
