If anybody wants to be referred in Accenture let me know
The Hartford India offer — take it or leave it? Current: ₹32 LPA (100% fixed) Offer: ₹50 LPA (42L fixed | 8L variable) 56% overall hike. Fixed jump is 31%. Variable is 16% of total CTC. My concern is the 8L variable — don't want to land in a situation where I'm chasing a number that never fully pays out. Anyone at The Hartford India? How's the culture, stability, and variable payout track record? How is the well-being at hartford india Worth signing and resigning from current company or not?
80+ LPA Is that even a reality or just hope? Kindly exclude all CXO types roles.
Hi, My current ctc is 13LPA and TCS is offering me 15LPA. I wanted to know once they generate the offer then can I negotiate again? If I reject the offer saying that it’s not what I’m expecting then will be revise it? Teck stack: Java, Spring boot, Microservices 4 yoe
Need genuine career advice. I have multiple offers and I’m confused considering age (32), marriage plans, growth, salary, learning, stability, and long-term impact. Role is Data Scientist/AI/ML. Offers: EY – 24 fixed + 8% variable LTM – 23 fixed + 10% Capgemini – 23 fixed + 10% Volkswagen GDS – 24 fixed + 10% Publicis Sapient – 27 fixed Metro GSC – 27 fixed Tiger Analytics – 27 fixed (Hyderabad) Most are Pune-based except Tiger. Which would you choose and why?
Both are good But react widely used in the market
I have worked on both. React has more jobs, but angular has also demand in product based companies. But in general React has slight advantage.
For full stack dev working on .Net technology, Angular is preferred tech used in most projects
React
React is now a days on high demand
