How is management perceived at Achieve3000?

Colleagues were great, they make things better.

The company CEO and management are terribly greedy for money, they take everything whatever it takes even it means neglecting employees leaving them in awful situations! That means horrible pay, brutal work schedule, and unbearable pressure from the management!

Working remotely was a point of advantage for me when I joined. That's the only thing I liked during my time.

The management of the company was poor. Their attitude about workload distribution was the worst. I had to tackle an insane amount of work that led to excessive stress, exhaustion, and even distress. I was glad to leave as I could avoid brutal hours where I was going.

Most of the students like the product Except that, I have nothing to add to the pros section at the moment.

The leadership was too self-absorbed. These arrogant people were aggressive about work targets for employees but didn't see how stressed the employees were. Poor pay was also a concern raised by many employees Again, the terrible management avoided discussing it. When employees felt defeated, they quit. I also did the same.

Absolutely nothing. No employee here is genuinely happy.

Achieve3000 has a leadership that does not lead. Leaders here either don't know how to lead or they just don't want to. I never saw any leadership qualities from any member of the management, so it's not puzzling that the company lacks direction and that the workplace is terribly inefficient. When employees don't receive guidance or support, don't expect them to perform 100%.

Occasional free pizzas aren't going to be a cut.

The current leadership of Achieve 300 has made too many questionable decisions. The policies implemented by the management only serve to restrict and kill the creativity of the employees providing no benefit whatsoever. I feel like the managers just do what they feel like doing without any careful planning or thinking.

Achieve3000 has an awful company culture that's based on blatant nepotism and discrimination by the leadership. It's obvious how the managers prefer certain employees over others, and they don't even try to hide this terrible behavior. They don't provide trainings and learning opportunities except to their favorite employees.

The team of editors and writers were a joy to work with. They cared about doing their best work every time and wanted to ensure every piece of content was accessible and engaging.

Still felt like a startup in many ways, especially knowledge management. Some processes were weak or altogether missing.

It's hard to think of any pros of working here when I had such a terrible experience. I have nothing to add here.
