Pros included the employee discount, meeting some sweet co-workers, seeing new products, being flexible with the schedule I wanted, and sometimes free items depending on what was coming out.

Cons include doing way too much work for what I was paid for, dealing with petty managers, doing my sm's job most of the time without recognition or extra compensation, not very body positive or happy environment, and was wayyy too much gossip and drama for no reason from old people that have no business acting that way.

Corporate management doesn't value anyone at store level other than Store Managers. It's also very hard to achieve bonuses. And don't expect any incremental raises or growth opportunities.

Extremely cutthroat environment where you’re competing for just hours, don’t expect any pay raise. Except the favoritism within management disregards your efforts in favor of other girls. Also you’re required to do too much with little compensation or recognition.
