What is the company culture like at Agave & Rye ?

Pay is slightly above average

Everything else- the slightly above average pay isn’t enough to align with their malignant culture and atmosphere

Management is really bad, they don’t care for their employees.

Culture is great and the training is throughout. It really was a little family over there

The owner themselves just was not making smart business decisions at the time and it ended up effecting my hours and pay

Pay is the only pro.

Will fire you for absolutely no reason whatsoever. Huge lack of communication between the managers. Stresses “teamwork” but the employees will talk about you behind your back. Very unprofessional environment from all members on the team. Don’t make a mistake because they’ll make up lies about you and you’ll lose your job 👍🏻
