      Pros

      Alorica seems to really care about it's employees. There are good benefits, decent pay, tuition reimbursement and many chances to move up in the company.

      Cons

      When starting off, the initial training is misleading. The transparency within certain LOB is laughable, at best.

      Base salary is higher than other survival level job, work from home

      Cons

      The product is not great and there are a lot of restrictions about what to say and not to say. Script is too long so it's more of you are talking on call for 5 mins non stop until script ends then you can ask customer if they are interested or not and then it takes another 5 mins for you to finish the sale if you are lucky.

      strict metrics and high expectations some managers are eager to write you up for nothing they blame every tech issue on you pay is terrible with no room for a raise training is not good enough for the work they expect get yelled at all day by customers

      Pros

      Easy to get in. They send you equipment. They have group learning classes when you start.

      Cons

      The pay isn't great.. around $15. not a lot of options for people who want to go in higher in their tech career. They focus in customer service.
