What is working from home like at Arc'teryx?

      Arc'teryx reviews

      Just another corporation

      Pros

      Good benefits, work from home.

      Cons

Very corporate, profit over people. HR loves to gossip about employees private lives and confidential information with other employees (nothing is truly confidential, strong gossip culture across the brand). PR initiatives and “values” are always profit and image driven, upper leadership is very elitist and drives a culture that is exclusive to certain people (white, able bodied & privileged). Company is just another billion $$ corporation since going public. Sad to see them head to the dark side.

      Pros

flexible with work from home, awesome co-workers

      Cons

make sure you play the game and be likeable, those who are popular tend to advance regardless of skill
