What is a typical working day like at Aspen Dental?

Staff-amazing front and back office, patients- very nice, able to order supplies,

You have to be selling all the time, one manager would add treatment to my schedule without asking me. There is a lot of turn around with management staff- manager was changing for the 3rd time when I left. I was not notified of when my day off was until the last month I was there. So most months prior to my last month I would show up and was told “oh sorry you should go home”. No consideration for wasting my time. There is a lot ofhomeless people all over the place- scary to leave the office at night alone.

The smiles on customers faces

Working past hours every night. No room for growth unless you know someone. When the systems were attacked by hackers last year, they wanted us to continue taking payments from customers not knowing what they owed or no way to enter it in the system. I didn't and wouldn't do it.
