The job was very micromanaged and heavily focused on metrics. Every call counted against you, even when it was something completely out of your control. It was not just scheduling appointments like advertised. There was a lot of pressure to make sales too. We had to stick to scripts that did not fit every situation, which made conversations feel awkward and robotic. The nonstop back-to-back calls were also really draining with barely any time to reset between customers.
