This is not the type of company that will try to weasel its way out of paying a policy. I belive that shows integrity.
Clearly cares about it's workers, and it's policy owners. Not publicly traded, so its attention is given to maximize value given to its policy owners.
Pretty good salary.
IT Managers and directors are good people.

Feedback is often ignored from a director level. (Not management)
Healthcare could be better.
Systems are sometimes outdated and never given specific time to do housekeeping.
