      Pros

      Competitive pay for contract work. Smooth onboarding process and helpful recruiters. Opportunities to work with large clients like Microsoft and gain valuable experience. Weekly pay was always on time.

      Cons

      PTO policy is not transparent — I discovered after leaving that they refuse to pay out earned PTO, even though my paystubs showed a vacation balance. No clear communication of 12-month/1500-hour requirement (if it even exists), and I was never given a signed acknowledgment of such a policy. HR response times are slow when resolving important matters. Benefits are average compared to competitors.

      Can't think of many pros other than it being a contracting company.

      Cons

      The communication with this vendor is the worst I have probably had. Barely was able to get them on the phones to fix any issues I had during my project, this including an abrupt end to our contracts during the peak season of a project.

      Poor Employee Support Experience and Unprofessional Call Handling

      I recently contacted employee support regarding a payroll issue and had a very disappointing experience.After speaking with colleagues, I discovered that several of them had experienced similar issues when contacting support, particularly around communication barriers and unresolved concerns.Poor support experience, communication challenges, lack of professionalism, and inadequate issue resolution. Employees deserve clear communication, professionalism, and timely resolution of issues—especially when it comes to payroll. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of those expectations.
