Pros
Low Supervision Make your own schedule to a degree Ok health benefit options
Cons
Wildly inconsistent hours throughout the year Low levels of communication about future projects leaving employees high and dry when it comes to planning weeks before Sunday night. Randomly assigned locked in group visits with other representatives that are either significantly more complicated and involved than anything else and or only require one rep leading to a waste of time and resources Requires you to use your own car No car related benefits (wont help if you damage or wear down vehicle on company time) Poor management No proper access to store systems, so you have the appearance of a retail employee and none of the privileges/access. Leads to awkward situations with customers where you are the only "employee" in the tech section of the store, but cant unlock or check out product. Drive time is paid at a lower rate than in store hours meaning you can accrue 40 hours during the week, but 2-5 of those hours accrue less than the listed salary The company desperately accepts new contracts with companies that often do not provide appropriate instructions and sometimes require resources outside of the normal tools and kit provided materials. ect
