The workplace culture is highly toxic. The regional director meddles in employees’ personal lives, attempting to control their friendships with people outside the company due to a fear of competitors. This excessive focus on employees’ relationships, both within and beyond the workplace, creates unnecessary drama and distracts them from their actual work. Also no promotions at all although they advertise themselves that they offer career growth.
