      Great culture, Good pay, Great benefits, Internal promotion system

      Cons

      Licensing and HR departments are awful. Licensing is overbearing and makes illegal demands. HR personnel gets paid to sit around and not look into anything. Hours can be terrible depending on the department you work.

Recently, we have added a more structured process in order to create dedicated schedules. The intention is to help alleviate the uncertainty around scheduling moving forward.

      Working remotely is fine but the pay is really low to the point of not recommending it to anyone and walking away someday

      Medical and Dental insurance are covered, Remote, Schedule

      Cons

      3-4 customer at once, 60 seconds to greet, 15 minute max to resolve 3-4 customers, deal with verbal harassment offensive language by customers, contacts can be graded poorly and unfair, extremely micromanaging, low pay
