An unfair advantage to closing staff is that they are often scheduled alone for 2 hours, giving them a sales advantage. While the other shifts are loaded up during the slowest portion of the day. Managers write sales and hand off to their favorite sales associates. There should be a tracking system. No follow-up regarding conflicts on the sales floor.
