New management from Spain that started managing UK at the beginning of 2023 have completely ruined the company from a culture perspective. They take credit for the business doing well but that’s only because before they arrived, the company laid off 40% of staff. My old manager who has now been promoted to a director is the worst manager I ever had. Absolutely no transparency, and is clearly only there to benefit himself. For 6 months I was asking on progression and what I need to do to improve and was always just asked “What do you think?”. Look online at how many people are leaving the company when the job market is so bad. This should show you how terrible the management in this place is.
