What is the salary like at Buffalo Wild Wings?

Good pay, easy, fast paced and good work environment

Longer hours and sometimes kinda slow

Inconsistent hours if you're not a manager, very hostile work environment, managers only seem to care about themselves and their bonuses

I do not believe there are any negatives to working at this job or for this company I believe you get out of life what you put into it so if you work hard and you have a great attitude, everything else is easy.

Make the same money you would in a fine-dining place while doing less work. Always customers year round for sports.

From after March Madness through the start of football, there is a noticeable decrease in customer numbers. There are a lot of managers and the chance that one isn't that great is high.
