How are flexible working hours at C3 AI?

      C3 AI reviews

Good pay, great co-workers, not flexible

      Sr. engagement manager
      Current employee
      Washington, DC
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

      Pay, employees are all brilliant

      Cons

Full time in office, no flexibility (e.g., no working from home on the day of a doctor appointment without taking PTO, even if you’re already working more than 40 hours in office that week).

Supportive Team and Valuable Learning as an Intern

      Quality assurance automation intern
      Current intern
      Guadalajara, Jalisco
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Great Learning Experience: As an intern, I had the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow my skills in a real-world QA environment. Collaborative Team Culture: Everyone is always willing to teach and help with any challenges, which creates a very supportive learning environment. Positive Work Atmosphere: The overall work environment is friendly and motivating. High-Quality Equipment: The company provides modern, high-performance tools and computers that make daily tasks more efficient and enjoyable. Flexible Schedule: The flexible working hours allow for a great work-life balance, especially helpful for interns. Beautiful Office Space: The office is well-designed, clean, and comfortable, which adds to the overall positive experience.

      Cons

No Remote or Hybrid Work Options: The company does not currently offer home office or hybrid work arrangements, which could be a nice flexibility to have, especially for interns or during certain situations.

      Pros

Nice, smart people Interesting problems Good salary and stock options Meaningful tech delivery

      Cons

Seriously toxic culture that is driven down by the CEO, the worst kind of boomer tech bro. Nowhere have I felt less like a human and less inclined to put in discretionary effort to drive the company forward. Driven by a) people are treated like garbage and b) exec team focused on completely the wrong things: Short-sighted sales tactics, company bureaucracy and slide polish rather than strategic improvements No flexible working, 5 days in office a week Zero benefits -> "If it isn't statutory we won't give it to you". No pension contribution, minimal holiday, fun budget etc.

      C3 AI Response
      now
We find it perplexing that someone would complain about a work from office culture after they have told us explicitly it is their preference. We make it very clear during the interview and job offer process that C3 AI is a highly collaborative, high-performance, work from office culture. All candidates who are made job offers tell us that they prefer work-from-office to hybrid or work-from-home.
