What is the company culture like at CLV Group?

Quite literally none. It was terrible.

Bad pay, management is so toxic and love to bully people, there’s a weird alcohol culture that is unhealthy. They treat the tenants badly and engage in ethically questionable tactics to get people out, renovate and charge way higher rents. Crooked organization full of toxicity.

Going property to property for showings and being in the road

Management isn't very supportive Underpaid

- good salary - young and fun team

- NO flexibility - Fully in office - 3 sick days - bad culture/ tone at the top - expect overtime without extra pay

Awesome team Fun culture Fast-paced environment

5 days in office (for most workers it is preferred) Will be scaling in a big way in the next 10 years. Not for workers who prefer stagnant, predictable work environment.
