Quite literally none. It was terrible.

Bad pay, management is so toxic and love to bully people, there’s a weird alcohol culture that is unhealthy. They treat the tenants badly and engage in ethically questionable tactics to get people out, renovate and charge way higher rents. Crooked organization full of toxicity.

It's a good place to get experience but wouldn't recommend staying forever

Pay isn't the best, it can get pretty boring too.
