It's concerning to hear about the critical challenges you've identified within the organizational culture, particularly regarding diversity, career advancement opportunities, and management practices. We take these concerns seriously and are committed to addressing them effectively.
We understand the importance of fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where every employee feels valued and supported. We have laid crucial foundations to help us accelerate our DE&I efforts including collecting data to better understand the diversity of Celonauts, where we have gaps and the work we need to do to be better. We have implemented learning offerings to build inclusive leadership and training on conscious inclusion. We have also invested in our Business Resource Groups (BRGs) and thanks to the commitment of Celonauts to help us build an inclusive environment we have an ever-growing focus on new BRGs. Our eight current BRGS are vibrant communities that help raise awareness, enable us to celebrate cultural events, and actively contribute to our DE&I priorities.
We are committed to the growth and development of all Celonauts. Through our performance management process, we focus on career conversations and personal growth plans, and through our evolving global learning programs, Celonauts can access skills development for today and learn new skills for a future role. Though Celonauts are the drivers of their careers, we offer mentorship programs, skills development, and learning opportunities to foster their growth.
In response to the current market and customer needs, we have recently made some tough decisions to simplify and evolve our organizational structure. Our executive team doesn’t make these changes lightly and does so with the utmost care possible to make Celonis a stronger company, a company focused on creating value for customers and services focused on world-class delivery.
