Pretty great job for when you're a freelancer or at uni. They're very flexible with hours, you can leave for a while and come back. Really good breaks. Comfortable environment and people are really nice. Good perks.
Cons
Little advancement opportunities, rarely positions available. Can have very late closes sometimes. No real cons to be honest, it's an easy-going job to have on the side, can sometimes be a bit boring and quiet.
Supportive colleagues and friendly atmosphere. Flexible shifts help with work-life balance. Free movie tickets are a great perk. Gain customer service experience and teamwork skills. Good stepping stone for students
Cons
Shifts can run very late at night. Weekends and holidays are always busy. Not enough staff during peak times. Progression opportunities feel quite limited
Steady work
(Mostly) nice Cinema Managers
Starbucks Manager is lovely.
Decent pay
Easy work
Cons
No progression opportunities. Unless you're besties with a manager or Team Leader, kiss a promotion goodbye,,,would rather call in external hires than promote any current staff
