Several crucial executives are allowed to mismanage their teams’ time and workflows so badly that it borders on abuse.
Process is kept chaotic and ever changing to suit the ego and whims of the design team while severely punishing anyone who try’s to fix anything or work productively.
Incompetent and inexperienced people are allowed to manage large teams due to blatant and vulgar nepotism.
Toxic individuals are allowed to operate with impunity.
Extremely low diversity in corporate teams with most stakeholders being straight white women.
The office is decrepit and sad looking.
All in all, COH is a small mom and pop operation with amateurs running the show. If you are serious about your career look elsewhere.
