How is management perceived at City of Boca Raton?

co-workers will become lifelong friends

there is no opportunity for growth, the management who has been there for 20+ years needs to go, toxic toxic toxic

some managers are nice and will work out schedule conflicts

benefits and pay is lacking

Consistent office work environment with routines.

No opportunity for advancement. No diversity in management. No on-the-job training for advancement opportunities.

Honestly was a very poor experience

Poor management, no flexibility, no benefits, bad culture and bad work/life balance, just not a good place to work really.
