      *Travel *Made very good friends for life

      Cons

      *If you are prepared to be paid less than your worth then it is the place for you. *Management need some learning and development in how to manage properly with the right management etiquette. *Staff turnover is bad *No progression opportunity unless you are a French speaker *Don't expect much pay rise *Forced fun with the socials *Don't step a foot wrong otherwise disaplinary is their tactic of choice * Prepare to work extra tasks with no additional pay or recognition *Staff are not treated equal and favouritism is evident *No real HR to support *No training and development unless you beg for it. *Overall management is the blind leading the blind, don't waste your time.
