What is the salary like at Connexus Resource Group?

Ridiculous metrics, always pushing the goalpost to impossible standards (keeping calls under 9 minutes when that is not possible with elderly and English second language members) Upper management decreased our holiday workday off to only select few, We would now work 4th of July, Labor day, and only 1 day for the Christmas week. Only to give us VTO for not many callers on 4th of July. Constantly changed policy and enrollment process most people could not keep up, creating an unstable work environment. Reduced PTO time in a day to only 5 agents per day and no one else is allowed to take off that day to 'make sure we retain the same service coverage' No sense of stability, constant changes with Team Leads and getting shuffled with newly employed agents. HIGH TURNOVER RATE Very low pay for the amount of work they kept adding on to us Always trying to optimize and squeeze more money out of our labor without ever increasing our pay, reducing huddle times, time between calls Bad faith reduction in workforce. They claim that due to budget cuts they will need to reduce headcount and my only option was to transfer to another account with the same pay that required more complex work that doesn't match compensation. Only to sign me out and terminate me as a 'voluntary resignation' after telling us they had to do this due to reduction in workforce. Absolutely shady business and management conducting unfair business practices along with deliberate misleading claims for termination.

Friendly, lots of opportunities, quick

- Decent team to work with from day-to-day - My assigned supervisors were very helpful and quick responding if any situation ever needed to be escalated. - Consistent hours with offered overtime and voluntary pto for those that would want it.

- The pay is pretty low, even for team leads so don't expect to make a lot of money, though the hours are consistent so you will see the same pay each check. - During training you get ensured that while you are temporary, they will find another company to send you off to work for, they did not offer that option for me or my coworkers towards the end despite having good work etiquette - You're never really introduced with ways to reach out to the HR team or higher managements to reach out to other than temporary pop-ins from time to time As mentioned in the title, it's a decent temporary job, so expect to be removed from your position at random regardless whether you're an efficient worker or not. The people that do lay-off meetings often will be someone you have never met before.

I believe they only hire in states where the minimum wage is really low, because they are one of the lowest paying companies in the country. When I started working we got an extra $2 an hour for certain bonus's, but that was cut in half mid employment without notification.

I’ve really enjoyed working at Connexus Resource Group! The best part is the team – everyone, from my coworkers to my supervisor, is super friendly and always there to help. The work is pretty easy and straightforward, which makes the day go by smoothly. The pay could be a little better, but it’s definitely manageable. Overall, it’s a great place to work if you're looking for a supportive team and a chill environment!
