What is the hiring process like at Crystal Equation?

Level system where you can get raises and promoted, fully remote, no offices outside of HQ in Chicago IL where you could work hybrid if you're local but otherwise no travel/in office requirements

Lots out of our control and up to the clients and their needs, not much business development so if our clients don't have much opportunity available or are doing hiring freezes it means no roles for us

Good pay. HR is easy to communicate with.

Limited contract duration. Can seem pushy/scammy during the initial interview process.
