Honestly Deluxe is in a rough spot since they are transitioning from a paper checks world to digital. Pay is fair but not above market average, benefits are decent
Cons
While there is a lot of talk about people and they have been rated a top company to work for I would not agree. They have a forceful in office policy that requires you to be in the office 3 days a week but they implemented hotel desking so you have to either go without or haul all your peripherals every day (keyboard mouse cables etc) there is much wasted time setting up your desk space to be productive and it is frustrating since the cleaning staff will adjust chairs and monitors. IMO go one way or the other but hotel desking is the pits. There is also a large push for offshore contract workers which can be difficult to get quality.
Lots of growth opportunities, med-sized company, great pay and bonus option. Lots of unique businesses with lots of industry challenges. Work from home opportunities. Transparent leadership.
Cons
With a diverse business, it can sometimes be challenging to know what cross teams do and which SMEs to connect with.
Easy repetitive tasks
Simple interview process
Weekly pay
Cons
limited career mobility
Training is subpar
Office politics are real if you’re a fav you’re untouchable
Pay is low and not competitive
Very dated in technology
