Minimum wage pay, hustle culture (not necessarily a bad thing but speed is emphasized at every point)

No career opportunities No proper hiring process which makes the titles have no meaning as in a dev with a higher title does not really mean more knowledge at all Not many training opportunities Lower than market pay Higher management ghost you most of the time. You don't see much impact on their side

Easy hiring process and easy job tasks

Unreasonable hour expectations, poor pay, no benefits, condescending office and upper management. Promised pay and then never actually paid it.

Flexible with scheduling as long as you notify two weeks in advance

Hiring process took an unnecessary long time and lots of information was not communicated

The vetting process is bad , they hire just about anybody , who i have personally witnessed being racist and homophobic towards customers when i reported it managers did nothing

.*Discounted* food .Colleagues were friendly .*Occasional* free food due to wrong pizza being made

.Stress, especially on holidays .NO COMMUNICATION between staff and managers, was never told of new items on the menu .No overtime or extra pay (only on Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day which was a £2 raise on base pay) .Having to come in on days off / having to stay on till finish due to poor management . Only being able to work weekends

Easy enough work. The process of getting hired can be easy, you just have to fill in an application.

Have to work weekend by the current employer. You can probably negotiate and see what hours you can get for the week. You'll probably be okay though as long as you work the weekend shifts.

Simple and easy delivery system all on an app. I have been there many years and like the people I work with.

Driving in winter can be stressful when it snows. The manager is good about knowing when the weather is too dangerous to drive though.

Job is simple and easy to learn, and daily tasks are generally the same day to day

Requires you to be on your feet and active 8-14 hours each day along with sacrificing any free time for the store
