Pros
Good pay, nice co-workers, updated facilities
Cons
Hr is unresponsive and the hiring process was not well organized.
Pros
- Nice people to work with and all willing to help - New build office with good facilities - Good work-life balance (depending on department...) - Good opportunities to move around the business... if you're lucky enough to be a permanent employee - Great flexibility to work from home - Processes are well documented and easy to find - Great if you want short term job opportunity for contracting - interview process is relatively straight forward for a contract role.
Cons
- Senior leadership seem to care more about making money than doing the right thing - Projects decided at senior leadership level not cascaded down to the workforce in a timely manner leading to last minute time crunches on important decisions - A large proportion of the workforce are contractors so there is a high rate of turnover (you can tell as on internal systems a contractor will have '- Network' at the end of their name) - A lot of focus is put on their graduate students which can make it hard for other employees to move around the business - Contractors get no benefits whatsoever - disheartening when working next to a permanent employee doing the same work - Interview process for internal and external applicants is not transparent, and feedback on interviews were lacking - Lots of job cuts in the recent past so a lot of people are overworked and struggling - No required set days in the office so sometimes could be very quiet even midweek - Lots of processes which can slow down progress - Meetings generally not organised well with no clear and defined purpose
Pros
work- life balance culture pay science career growth
Cons
Location slower promotions higher expectations difficult hiring process NA
Pros
The pay and benefits are good and the corporate office is large.
Cons
New employees aren't treated like the current employees. I'm not sure why they are even hiring in the US because you can clearly tell they are focus on IT in India. The IT managers and Directors on my team are extremely difficult to work with. I’ve worked at some challenging places before, but this experience stood out in a negative way on many levels. The managers often seemed to dislike each other, yet still worked together in ways that made the team’s work environment worse. About 75% of the team felt they had been misled during the hiring process. Even people from other groups who overheard our team meetings commented on how poorly our team was treated. My team was new and worked the new midshift/second shift. In my experience, communication from management was not always honest. While they encouraged questions, asking anything that might expose a gap in knowledge or reflect poorly on them could quickly make you a target. The only way to avoid issues seemed to be staying quiet and constantly praising management. Soon as I get an offer somewhere else I am leaving. I don't care if I take a major pay cut.
Pros

Cons
Not as flexible as they say during hiring process pay is moderate only basic equipment provided benefits not that Great
Pros

Cons
hiring process is sometimes too long

Pros
The pay was good for the role. The workers were generally friendly and good to work with.
Cons
Production management on the Form/Prep and Filling side was self-siloed and generally closed off regarding any attempts to help them improve their key metrics. They did not want and actively acted against any help or advice to ensure adequate staffing and training plans to get their operators fully qualified across all shifts for all production lines. They also did not inform any of us during or throughout the interview process that we would be working shift schedules, or required to cover weekends, then forced us to do so.
Pros
Great benefits, mission driven. It's all for the patients, and we take that seriously. The company shutdowns are amazing. My leadership in IT have been mentors and inspirations. I've worked in multiple tech departments, moving to interesting positions every few years.
Cons
As of late 2025, I'm seeing a lot of shifts in the IT department specifically. Influential IT leaders retiring at similar times (possibly pushed out?), and long-time leaders being demoted and/or replaced with execs from Apple and other big tech. Every day you'll hear the push for technical talent, AI, and/or measurable results. And that's fair. But now that we are #1 pharma, I don't hear alongside it the push for 'team Lilly culture' and collaboration and that I heard five years ago. Will those values be pushed to the wayside by these new leaders doing harsh reorgs and reallocations in the first few months on the job?
Pros
Nothing for Instructional Designer Long working hours Working on Weekends No Good hike No growth
Cons
Very Complicated process They do not care for wellbeing one day of leave will add more work on your plate, no work life balance
